HPL first generation board

The compact laminate board is also called HPL board, Phenolic board. It is made of multi-layer black or brown cowhide phenolic or urethane resin, double face decorative color paper that immersed in melamine resin, laminated and pressed on 150°C steel plate at high pressure (1430psi) .

HPL second generation board

Anti-Bite B board is made of decorative colored paper impregnated with melamine resin, laminated with wood fiber and glue, and then pressed with steel plate under high temperature (150°C) and high pressure (1430psi) environment. The phenolic resin fiberboard depends on its surface color. The paper layer can meet the decorative needs of a variety of designs and colors, single-sided or double-sided.

HPL first generation board：1220*1830, 1220*2440, 1220*3050, 1530*1830, 1530*2440, 1530*3050, special sizes can be customized.

HPL second generation board：1220*1830, 1220*2440, special size can be customized (1220*3050).

Anti-Bite generation board: 1.0MM, 2.5MM, 3MM, 4MM, 6MM, 8MM, 12MM, 16MM, 18MM special thickness can be customized ((1~25MM can be customized).
Anti-Bite second-generation board: 4MM, 6MM, 8MM, 12MM, 16MM, 18MM, special thickness can be customized.

Waterproof: the board will not expand when boiled
Fire protection: Class B1
Corrosion resistance: urine will not corrode the material for a long time
Easy to clean: not easy to stain, just clean with dirty water
Impact resistance: solid material, not easy to break
